&lt;p&gt;The SAVE (Saving on a Valuable Education) plan the income driven repayment option introduced a couple of years ago is being phased out following legal challenges and legislative changes. The Department of Education gave enrolled borrowers a &lt;strong&gt;90 day window starting July 1, 2026&lt;/strong&gt; to select a new repayment plan.
